Created in 1983, Kayser Lure Corporation is the self-made business of CEO, Terry Kayser; operated locally out of the small community of Ursa, IL. Best known for their Starflash silicone skirts, and weedguard components, Kayser Lure Corporation produces the highest quality and top performing lure components on the market.
Terry’s objective with his small business was simple, yet unique – he wanted to create quality components that provide both large manufacturers and individual fishermen alike the opportunity to build an outstanding lure that catches more fish. Kayser Lure Corporation sprang from the creative machinery engineering and the inventive ideas that spilled out of Kayser’s shop. What has evolved today is a unique, successful and internationally-marketed company that still operates out of the small community of Ursa, IL and has for over 25 years.
An avid outdoorsman and tournament fisherman, Kayser truly puts his work into action every time he heads out on the water as he always has a Starflash Silicone Skirt dancing at the end of his on a jig or spinnerbait.
Available for purchase at all Bass Pro Shops and other major outdoor sports stores, Kayser Lure components are vast in variety and detailed in production. Produced by a small, highly-trained staff, every component that comes out of the shop is manufactured locally and custom made.
